Thought it was a nailed on hammering. That was the only game to let me down in my acca for £250 and I couldn't be happier.

Needless to say I'll now be betting against us every week and promotion is now a certainty.

I think so but I also think there mustve been more to it because he got pelters for it every week. Or maybe the old board was just more toxic…..

Not sure what betting against boro to lose has to do with not being a proper fan

Its been sound financial advice for the last 6 months we've been playing football matches

It's like a compensation bet , feel bad for losing but made a few quid regardless

Well win/lose slightly less badly than a loss with no financial gain then.

I don't think it's much different from the various doommongers, of which we have many, who always predict we'll lose, get relegated, not get promoted etc and then if they're wrong, great, they'll celebrate the success like everyone else. But if they're right claim their pathetic consolation prize of "being right".
