Got to be next PM after Boris. (sad fact is, it wouldn't be a surprise at all if he were elected even if he continued coming out with such sh1te as this in Parliament)

He seems to be one of the more popular figures within the Leave camp, being Chairman of the ERG and all, too. Boris could step down, he'd run to replace him and win. Scores of jobless, skint Middlesbrovians and similar in other towns elsewhere will be calling him a legend, one of us.
