A classic this, used to use it when my guitar strap screws threaded out through the wood!

Had this same issue when moving into a property, using anything wood to fill lasted around 6 months before becoming loose.
Bought these from bnq for £2, not moved a mm in years, a better suited product to a very specific problem you could not find.

I didn't realise that it was a cupboard door to start with, but saw that those had been recommended to you. I haven't seen them before, but they look like a great solution for that.

(And you have suggestions if the kitchen entrance door ever becomes loose too
)
