Am going to be hosting a talk for Friends of Marton Library at their library The Willows. Marton next Saturday morning from 10am. I will bring along a load of old fanzines and probably also a few of next week's new issue and chat about 35 years (+) of Fly Me To The Moon as well as fanzines in general and I have a feeling we might just touch on the Boro, also.
So, that will be straight after parkrun next Saturday 16th March and obviously a warm up to Boro v Blackburn Rovers later that day.
It is free but space is limited so we are asking people to book a seat in advance.
Please come on down.

Rob, I heard on the radio yesterday Laburnham Road library in Redcar were looking to increase footfall. Perhaps they may be interested in your talk if you were willing to travel.

Hope to see you tomorrow morning.
I gave a talk at Marton Library, maybe 4 years ago. I thought I knew a lot about (fan) zines having edited one for 30+ years. Since then I have discovered everything I thought I knew was wrong.
