Really hard that. Shows how many teams were formed by churches. The tag was muscular christianity. Everton still have a church in the corner of Goodison.
I thought Newcastle was Newcastle West End which joined with East End as "United." But that was maybe a slightly later name.

It was. One of the 'bits' was originally called Stanley. Not sure it counts tbh.
