Duncan Ferguson could throw hands, Stevie G and Joey B fancied a scrap, Nigel Pearson can handle himself and if there is a fight or he needs to fight.. then he would not be worried.

The recent jazzed up amateur bout between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury had me thinking who do we have in our squad who could ‘represent’ not so many hard cases in the game these days.. who could do it? or more importantly Who would you like to see throw down out of the current crop of footballers?

Martin Payero looked like he had a bit of a streak in him.. maybe a match up against James Lea Siliki?

Marty Crooks vs Sander Berge could be a good one..

I can’t even think of anyone annoying enough to want to see clobbered.

I’d probably pay to watch a Ronaldo vs James Morrison rematch!
 
Wasn't there a video a few years ago of Wayne Rooney getting KO'd messing about sparing with his mate?
Also I'm sure I read somewhere that Robbie Keane was a decent amateur boxer.

I can't work that out.
The Orient player looks like he already has the ball well under his control and Billy is nowhere near player or ball. He is looking somewhere else and the Orient player doesn't even seem to be aware of Billy.
It looks like 2 separate photos joined together, unless Billy is doing a Basil Fawlty impression.

Didn’t Nigel Pearson have a black belt too.. and Curtis Fleming? I wonder if it was all in the same martial art and if they had anything to do with each other that way.. or Bryan Robson just wanted his defenders to have that..
 
Tony McAndrew had Joe Jordan scared of him. I remember them going head to head.

I don’t think many would have messed with Dean Glover.
