I'll go first.
We sell at least 3 of Hackney, VdB, McGree, Forss and Jones.
We once again bring in a load of cheap "replacements" and fail to find anyone capable of protecting the back 4,
We spend the first half of the season in or around the relegation places eagerly awaiting the January window so we can get in some reinforcements. January comes around and we make a couple of sales and only bring in loan players.
We start evaluating the squad for a potentil promotion push in League One.

Summed up our season chap.
No fight, or balls or guts.
Just a collection of spanners who are on the beach already.
Carrick has a lot to answer for.
I'm slowly losing faith in the newspeak — which I transcribe every game.
It's worn very thin.

Gates at home will have reduced to 17 or 18,000. Remember those days?

Plenty of nice red shiny seats on night games to look at.

Derby and Portsmouth will have been promoted and with a sell out away support they will beat a lacklustre mid table team, ie us, at the Riverside.

History repeats itself in football. Derby will be laughing at us this time. They and Portsmouth will be reinvigorated and buoyed by promotion and make a real go at promotion to the Premier League.

The teams that have come down from the Premiership will have money to spend and be fighting to go straight back up again.

We will be left in limbo. Same Chairman and the only game we can look forward to with any sense of excitement will be the Mackems at home.
