Has anybody managed to forward an e-ticket to someone as yet? Followed the full process, until the final bit that says’forward ticket’ then nothing happens?

Yeah, we’ve attempted between us a couple of times. Exact same thing happened (or didn’t happen).

They obviously haven’t developed that aspect of the process it would seem (funny how the bit which charged the difference worked no problem originally).

Each time, we’ve contacted the ticket office who’ve then printed a ticket for collection.

If you’re ringing them I would ring as soon as they open tomorrow to avoid dropping into a queue which likes to cut you off after 10-15 minutes.

Has it been confirmed that it's supposed to be working again yet? They took it down because of the additional charges it was trying to apply. I suspect they paid for some bespoke coding of an off the shelf product to correctly apply charges to walk up concession tickets when they're transferred to non concession customers and they have either not bothered to fix it yet or they have decided it's too expensive and they're relying on the ticket office to sort it out for now.

It’s not working. I’ve missed the last two home games and the person using my ticket has to collect an actual ticket from the ticket office.

You can let them log into your account on their phone and download it onto their digital wallet (or if physically with them can log in/log out yourself if dont want share your details).

Let’s you add ticket into 2 wallets no issue (but blocks if try a 3rd without first removing 1). So doesn’t affect your own. Then they just need delete it out their wallet after match.

Great thanks, rang up before it closed yesterday and they have printed for us to collect this morning. I don’t know why they just don’t release the option online.
