Here's a list of acheivable free agents this summer

John Swift - CM
Nick Powell - CM
Kristian Pederson - LB
Lee Buchanan - LB
Darragh Leinhan - CB
Jordan Zemura - LB.
Ryan Nyambe - RB
Joe Rothwell - CM
Josh Laurent - CM
Naby Saar - CB
Harry Toffolo - LB
Chris Basham - CB
Josh Bowler - RW (I know unlikely but I rate him)
Harry Cornick -ST
Fred Onyedinma -CM

Plenty of talent in there, costing less than a freddo in transfer fees!
I hope we've sounded a few out

Kieran Scott said in an interview before Xmas that this summer is the 'best free agent list he's ever seen' (or words to that effect).

So it's clearly something we are actively looking at. I'm guessing also abroad.
 
Realistically we need:
1 keeper
2 centre backs
1 left wing back and 1 right wing back as cover
3 strikers
1 defensive centre mid

Thats if we keep everyone in contract and only lose the loanees

Did I miss anyone?

That's exactly what we need, our Main issue has been squad depth though so we might need a lot more. Fulham have got 3 best 11's 😂 we have one, we need to get quality bodies in the door but be smart about it

Forest want Lee Buchanan: last season and the one before they put in bids, but at the time the Rams wouldnt budge.
Derby`s relegation may give the green light to Buchanan.
Trees need a replacement for Djed Spence.
Mind you - we could offer him a decent contract?

They might come in with a sneaky bid for Jones. ;)
 
Fulham know Mitrovic isn’t very good in the PL, they’d be better loaning him out to a Championship club, I dunno, maybe someone like Boro could take a chance on him 😉

For us, he might almost get double figures.

I know lots of our strikers get double figures, but 00 doesn't count.

With Fulham's financial backing this is not as ridiculous as it sounds. He is not a PL goalscorer I don't think.
But he is on £100k per week. So there's that.

Another player that might seem a long shot at first is a goalkeeper that PSG seem to regularly farm out but is decent - Alphonse Areola, currently not getting his game at West Ham on loan. They paid £1.8M loan fee for him to play just 1 game this season. The player might be happy on a PL bench in London not playing, he might like the Big City life, but it is worth an ask for me, he might be keen to play.

Areola kept making a t!t of himself, he only ever stood out in cold weather...
