Any one got these.
just moved in to a house (2 weeks ago)
and the garage doors just exploded, seems the roller got jammed and it broke out of its casing and several latts have deformed. the casing attaching the roller to the wall has a fracture and I’ve got to say the screws look as though they were fitted by some one with the hiccups.
How are on repair etc, it was only fitted in Feb 2021 but out of its 2year guarantee
