I Haven’t been this excited to see how we will line up/perform in some time.

As now we have so many genuine options esp in the final third it will be great to see how Neil uses them.

interesting how we have so many links the dr Congo as well and how this will/could benefit brit.

I can’t recall when we had so many new additions that were all genuine first team starters not just make up the number signings.

inc bolasie really who’s barely arrived last week, so that’s kebano m-d and bolasie to really add to the team.

Ha ha prob I’d take that if we get another point.

but again the bench will allow us scope as well.

but as I say let’s see who we pick

We're at a point now where, with the exception of Coulson, I think the manager will fully trust all the players that he can select from the bench.
Which is a plus, as we might see a more proactive approach with subs.

Looking forward to tomorrow even though it'll be a very tough game.

That’s a good point as before the Cardiff game last season in his pre match interview he said he knew all 11 cardiff players but only about 3 or 4 of ours ( his own side).

I thought it was an odd comment at the time but I get his point as cardiff was his team he moulded and he built it he knew it’s strengths and it weaknesses and he knew what every player could give him.

he didn’t have this level of understanding with us at that time with the likes gestede etc.

but I think one year on we are seeing this kind of connection emerge as he knows bolasie he knows Mendez Laing.

Yes be interesting to see who plays - both with the 4 new boys, and also with the fitness doubts of Fry/Dijksteel/Hall/Fletcher

Agree, hope so anyway.
Bit more concerned about our defensive options today, especially with Brentford in town

Don’t think we will see that many changes or new starters. Brentford are unbeaten in 20 games so it’s going to have to be very disciplined again and it would be harsh to drop anyone from the Norwich game. If we go behind we actually have real options that can change the game instead of just having to stick Akpom/Coulson on and hope for the best

There will definitely be one change as Fry is out for at least two weeks
If we have to start an unfit Hall at CB then we really are going to have problems today. Fry was brilliant last week and has been all season, a huge miss for us as we saw in the last few home games

Could play all the new players as a front 3. Surely it is going to make us a bit more exciting to watch. It doesn't make us better in midfield though. With the exception of Howson I think we are poor, we still have problem regarding the poor strikers at the club and the keeper doesn't exactly fill you with confidence. I'm hoping Neil can work his magic and blend them together to form a team that can get us in the top 6.
