Rav needs a rest. I think he was more vocal today than he’s ever been. He seemed to be playing centre/right back all game. I don’t think, at 19, he would’ve played this many games all season than if others were fit.

That’s a problem for me. No leaders at all. At one stage today, an Ince, Pearson, Leadbitter would have got one or two players together a d made it abundantly clear, this is NOT good enough

I think Tommy smith is a much bigger miss than people realise. He knows when to get forward and when to defend. One point today Thomas crossed the ball and ayling tried to get on the end of it. Now that might be praised if you've got a solid enough team to have two full backs attacking - that's what karanka did. But we had our best defender fry out and a powderpuff midfield.

He was signed as a back up keeper and he is more than good enough for that role. He isn’t good enough to be starting every week for any side in this league

Made one save that was anything other than that which any keeper would be expected to make at this level, and those that he did he put down an unacceptable number.

Honestly, can't think of anyone else who would have deserved MOM. At least his saves kept it semi- respectable.

I don't think it was solely the keepers fault, it was a catalogue of errors of which the keeper played a part. Do you think he could have done better with that powder puff shot?

He should turn it around the post if he can't hold onto it

Firstly, that defensive positioning is horrendous all round. But that doesn't excuse the keeper doing the one thing, apart from moving out the way of the ball coming at him, to give them a chance of a goal.

Glover seems to have a particular problem when diving to his left. He doesn’t seem strong enough. The first goal today perhaps should have been gathered but at the very least pushed away more strongly. The goal conceded against Sunderland was another example.
