Good Chinese takeaway that’ll deliver to Acklam please

Live away from the area but I’m back to see my parents. Looking for a really nice Chinese takeaway that’ll deliver to Acklam area. Thanks in advance

China Red, opposite St Martin's on Acklam Road, is good and will deliver. Golden Chopsticks near BBC Tees is even better but don't think they deliver and cash only if you are going there

I’d say Peking Garden Express. They deliver to me near Hemlington, but charge delivery. One of the best in the area imho- we don’t have really Chinese restaurants like we used to have; East Ocean/Peking Villa/Parkway have not been replaced.

Yeah it was. Last time I was there I ended up talking to Dean Gordon so that 2002 or earlier.

We used to frequent Peking Villa most often. Used to love it.

We use the Peking Garden Express in Stockton but didn't know they delivered in the Middlesbrough area.

Yeah they do. We order online and there’s an extra charge for us.

Well I tried to order from Golden Chopsticks tonight and what a carry on. I must have missed something Tbh.

The phone was permanently engaged, no website just a facebook page. Not on any of the food delivery apps.

So I drove down and thought I’d order in person and wait. Nope.

Absolutely no one to take my order anyway. All the staff were back of house packing orders, no one remotely interested in someone at the bar.

From this I’ve realised I’m obsessive when ordering food and should have stayed in and made a sandwich

Hey fellas. The food at golden chop sticks on Monday was superb. Really tasty and decent portions too. Thanks for the info, yeah I realised they are engaged a lot on the phone but I guess that means they’re busy which is a good sign for sure.
