Neil chose a team he thought had the energy and fitness to win .
1st ten minutes was a hard watch , they had the energy , and looked the better team .
Silly foul on the edge of the box gave them the opportunity to score , and they took it .
We stepped up and then bossed the game , and Watmore scored the goal of the season .
We got a pen , taken by Fletcher , who scored , but gave us and Warnock a nervous moment , but it went in .
Positives , Hall , Dijksteel , McNair , bola , did well in general .
Howson provide good energy, Morsy worked hard but still fouls in areas that cause us problems
Watmore was very good , Kebano did well , Fletcher will be glad of a run out , but at 6ft 4in should be winning more battles .
When we brought the subs on the intensity dropped and we were on the back foot .
Saville , Spence , Akpom , and not so much Johnson , need to realise that if they come on for 15/20 minutes , it needs to be 15/20 minutes of high energy and press , don't expect the ones who are tiring to keep doing it .
Overall , great result , good performance against a team that did not give up , and have a couple of players that would get in our team , they are no mugs , although league position says different .
Well done Neil , the team , the squad , the back room staff , we won , take it and move on to the next battle .
Tav and Fry coming back will improve us , and extra fitness from Mendez Laing and Bolasie coming back , means we can kick on hopefully , so all in all a good night .
