Club just tweeted him happy birthday.

I completely forgot about him to be honest. Can anyone remember how long he is out for?

I was really impressed with him. But he’s got no chance of getting back in the side at the moment until injury or suspensions occur. Great player to step in though when needed.

He was 'OK', but not a patch on the current incumbents.

Whoa there, you can’t ask medical questions on here.
I asked an innocent question about Akpom’s covid test and got my head chewed off.

it will all come out in due course.
( next week, but would you change the defence currently ) ?.

Didn't rate him before we signed him, and rate him even less after seeing him play for us (albeit limited). His injury has been a blessing in disguise.

The jury was still out for me - he's a big, strong centre half and very strong in the air, but not sure about him when its played around and behind him.

In any case there's only one place for him and that's Fry's at the moment. He won't play either side of that because Dijksteel and McNair are both expected to step into midfield - not something Hall can do

I think what he does bring though, is an option for us to be even stronger if we go 4 at the back like we did at Cardiff on the odd occasion. Hall and Fry as a 2 looks strong. McNair would have to go in midfield on them occasions and Dijksteel at right back.

Wouldn’t touch it at the moment though. What we are doing is working very well.

Agree with that, but be good to have him back as an option to cover Fry.

One thing he seems to offer is the ability to get to the ball in the air from our corners.

Yes, he was looking threatening in that aspect. This is something Fry could do with learning from him and working with him on the training ground.
