Personally i have no issue with paying for protection for anyone born a Windsor…just as long as they give up their role and return all assets to the state

This just shows how manipulative the whole ***show is, meanwhile people in this country can’t get essentials at foodbanks.
I have sympathy for Harry on a personal level, born into this and castigated when he didn’t like it. Tbf both Charlie and Wills dislike the soap opera but have been persuaded by whatever means to stick with it as it’s in their best interests. Mad World, as Tears for Fears once said.

I don’t mind where they live. I mean Harry was born into that family, it wasn’t a conscience choice and without protection his life would be hell. So I’m cool with him and his kids having lifetime protection…but get out of our democracy first and give us the assets back that we’re plunderedAnd reside in the uk

Currently they are the perfect foil for the tabloid vermin. There is enormous damage being done to the country by the present regime and there is nothing like a dead cat saga, especially a royal dead cat.
The people around the monarchy, much more astute and intelligent than the people they spin for, operate, through client journalists a campaign that reeks of plausible deniability for
the real providers of information.
These people’s ancestors used to lock ‘defectors’ away somewhere until they faded from memory. Now they throw them to the human wolves who just keep the couple roasting.
It could be stopped, but it serves too many people’s interests to do that.
The apparatus of the establishment is ultimately set up to protect the status quo, the odd ‘princeling’ thrown overboard is all part of the game.
