Has your season ticket renewed?

I've just looked at my ticket purchase history and it says season tickets have not been renewed. I have however renewed the tickets and wondered if anyone else's account shows not renewed despite renewing.

Ours our showing as renewed for next season. You may have to contact the club.

If the money has left your account you’ll be fine, but yeah I’d call them.

The points will go on at the start of next season, and any points accumulated in 2021/22 will be wiped.

If you can prove you paid there’s nothing to worry about. Unless you paid in cash at the ticket office and didn’t get a receipt.

Did you get a receipt when you paid in person at the ticket office? I paid in person at the ticket office on 30th March, got a receipt and an email confirmation. If you have neither you need to get in touch with the ticket office ASAP. Hope you get sorted

I paid on a card so I have the bank statement. I think I got a receipt on a blank ticket. I might have to hunt it down.

Just checked and mine is showing as renewed under “season tickets”. Maybe some of you are under review as you’ve done bad stuff this past season? Smoking in the bogs, buying away tickets for other people for the loyalty points, that sort of thing?

I paid on a card so I have the bank statement. I think I got a receipt on a blank ticket. I might have to hunt it down.

You should be sorted then, with a receipt and bank statement both confirm you paid. Hopefully it’s just a glitch in the system
