I don't know if anyone has posted about this before but I'm sure there will be some on here who will be interested in these.

Historic England has put over 400,000 aerial photos on-line which can be accessed through an interactive map.

Said it before, but what a kop end the old east end could have been if seats has not been added.
Twice the size of the Holgate!

It is all terracing/standing on the photo. The Clive Road corner was never seated. The central East End - Bob End was seated and covered for the 1966 World Cup.

It was the kop end for many years up until mid 60s - although the term kop end wasn't really a thing.

When they got over 50 000 in for the record attendance - the Bob End must have housed half that number at least.

Yes, I would imagine it could have held at least as many as the old Liverpool kop which held 26,000 and did not have the extended corners.
