Hiyaaaa from ward 4

Soooooo....Arthur has been officially evicted. Had to stay in overnight as was pm operation. Laid here and feel fine but know the meds and numbness are to wear off....but so far so good!!
Good that's the ticket. Rest well and don't push yourself and jump back in. Sometimes we think we are back to normal and feel good, I know I did, but learn how to switch off and rest, it is sometimes easier said than done.
Well done lass.

Very best wishes Legz - close family and friends have been where you are now and made storming comebacks. Come On Legz Come On Boro

Up yours Arthur!

Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery Legz
PS, the mince dinners were okay when I was in last November. 😋
Blimey just reminded me of being in the North Riding Infirmary after my tonsils operation (in 1963 ). Mince and mash and then ice cream for afters was the order of the day post op in hospital.

KBO Legz, as WSC would have said.(y)

Au Revoir Arthur and wishing you an uneventful and speedy recovery Legz.
We are all right behind you.

keep on the journey Legz. You will get through it. I hated every attempt at sleeping in that place. That and the awful food. My mrs pointed out that, if those small things are all I can grumble about, things must not be so bad.

On a side note. Somebody told me Chemotherapy costs thousands and thousands of pounds per treatment. I don’t feel so bad paying national insurance anymore 😬☺️
