Home play-off leg - Selling Arrangements 🎟️

I'm number 68. Been on 20 minutes.

Spoke to a mate who works in the commercial team.. he said I can't see the option to 'buy tickets now' as our hospitality box season cards have the box reserved and not a normal general admission ticket.

I said I still should be able to see the 'buy tickets now option' as I don't want to buy the box but I still want to buy a ticket elsewhere (moving my seats essentially) but I can't.

Just said ring the ticket office.
Social media team say we should have had an email from hospitality. Looks like someone forgot to press Send.

Haven't received anything from hospitality at all.. I did think that was strange that they haven't approached us about buying the box for the home leg.

Got cut off when I got to 4 in the queue. Not a happy bunny.
I feel your pain - got all the way to someone answering who couldn't hear me due to my phone cutting out, and got the phone put down on me. I've got full signal. 🤷‍♂️ Back around the queue we go.

For the first time I am really annoyed. Why would they lock out hospitality season card holders from buying tickets? Just add us to the normal list of season card holders.

@fmttmadmin could you get in touch with someone and see what on earth is happening with those of us who have no way of buying tickets please.

Have you tried ringing the club? Worth asking them direct.

I feel for the ticket office staff here. They close at 3pm today and still 80+ in the queue. A few things would reduce the number of calls

I) allow people to move seats online + change ticket types without needing to ring. I cannot, not sure if others can
ii) put some instructions out clarifying what to do in different circumstances
iii) allow Hospitality to purchase online rather than having to ring.

I've just spoke to the hospitality team, and flagged the issue. They said they're sorting it.

Have also just received the email I was expecting from hospitality.

Do you have any info on hospitality costs?
When you saying 'sorting it', I wonder what that means? They told me to ring the ticket office. The ticket office did just try ringing but I was in a pesky work meeting. Will leave them in peace for now and try again tomorrow.

I think they meant rectifying the online sale of tickets to hospitality season card holders.

They had to take mine manually over the phone to process them like. I was on the phone with the hospitality department.

I've not been through this thread but are there any clues about how they will distribute tickets for the away leg? I'm not interested in points allocations or any of that nonsense (though that will come into play) but more the logistics of getting tickets to people when we won't even know who we are playing until late on Monday and the game's on the following Sunday.

Fair play to ticket office, rang me at 915 this morning and my tickets sorted. South Stand experience here we come!

I wonder if it will be pay a little extra for next day delivery or pick up from the Riverside. It's a good point and something to consider.

In all likelihood I will get a coach to the game - either Sunderland or Millwall that will be the case. So perhaps people could pick up on the morning of the game?

My guess will be they'll go on sale Tuesday.

Logistically, going through the priority points scale, the windows won't be long.. for example they can't give those on 220+ a full day, then 200+ a full day as the post won't get out in time for those at say 170+.

Especially if we played Coventry and got a sizeable allocation.

Probably just 2 hour slots for the points bands.
