But the strange thing about it is I don’t think his expulsion would include the removal of his title… seems to something to do with the Monarchy granting it. “ Peerages which are offered as a gift or an Honour.” So, difficult to remove the title (welcome to the15th century) Only means he would no longer be able to attend the House of Lords.
So he would technically still remain the High Baron of BS, or whatever was given in this sham of a democratic system. Unless he relinquished it. At least he would lose 300 Sovereigns a day, plus all those fat PD’s.

It needs an Act of Parliament to remove the title
 
Despite blatant corruption, an awful track record in power and laughably ridiculous promises the people of Teesside still vote for this charlatan. Ashamed of the area's voting population simping over the Tories and voting for Brexit. Reported 27% turnout is also a bad look. My faith in the people of Teesside is at an all time low, its almost like they want punishing while the rest of the population don't have the attention span or intellect to take any interest in the issues that impact them.
 
His vote dropped from 73% to 53% to be fair to voters many have changed their mind on him.

I want Labour to be more positive they seem frightened to say former industrial areas like Teesside are their heartlands so the area feels abandoned. The Brexit vote was a giant sign of this.

Yep, that swing would result in every constituency in TV going Labour at the GE.

That said, people have missed the really obvious point that National Labour and Tory Mayor will completely stagnate any decision making in the area.
 
Off the 27% that bothered to vote how much voted for Ben. What was turn out for Brexit in Teesside
