I love this time of year, I noticed the daffs and crocus are popping their heads out of the soil, spring is around the corner and the days will start getting longer over the next few weeks.

Bed about 21:00 & up for work about 05:00.. I anticipate noise around midnight..

Having a run up to and a walk round Whitby tonight.
Up early in the morning to take the wife to work at Jimmy Cooks.
To be honest this year is a bit different as today marks the first anniversary since we lost our Mam.

Usually a bit of Jools but tonight we have our future in laws over so playing a bit of pool (5ft table) and plenty of drinks!

Used to regularly attend big parties, but not really into all that since Covid. Certainly wouldn’t want to be out in town.

I cant stand little twerp jools Holland at any time of year never mind at a pretend new years party filmed in October. I love christmas but despise new year so will watch a box set or mini series with the mrs and avoid any celebratory activities. Will wake up sober and raring to go for the boro match in the morning.

Well.. looks like the spare room for me tonight. My Wife has had enough of my depression, living with me like this for 4 years is a killer. She sees the real darkness of me. I wish I had family and if you do, keep them close and never let them go. Just reflecting and drinking a nice cup of tea.
