How are you finding the no carbs? I felt a bit lethargic in the afternoons last week, and had some minor headaches, but seem to have come through that now!
Nothing is fun in my world. But hey..Drinking just isn't fun anymore : (
I think what I'm finding good about a lazy keto approach is that when I've been craving something carby I'm happy to replace with something fatty instead. Fancy some bread, have a piece of brie instead. Want something sweet, a spoon of Peanut butter does the trick. It goes against all conventional wisdom we've been brought up with. My mum has been on a constant diet since 1974, with her low fat this and that, so it feels bizarre when I'm munching through a load of pork crackling guilt free.Had a few drinks at the weekend and will continue to do so. Trying not to drink during the working week as working from home it is very easy to be tempted through boredom. Think cutting down instead of cutting out is a more balanced approach to the booze. For the comments about cutting out carbs, when I was diagnosed with T2 Diabetes about 12 years ago, I went on a low carb diet and it helped me lose about three stone so it does work. The problem is staying on that regime and it is also very easy to put weight back on when you start the carbs again. I just eat healthily now as I find it easier and my bloods results are great and I have been able to keep the weight down. Good Luck though
