Huddersfield Ticket Offer

I see Huddersfield are trying to drum up interest as all tickets (except hospitality) are £5 for their game against Swansea on Saturday 15th Jan. Its not a sky game either. I guess this is to try and get more fans through the door to encourage a play off push - do their parachute payments end this year?

Well done the huddesfield owners the boro should look to do this one weekend to get more Nottingham Forest atmosphere

Until you mentioned parachute payments I'd completely forgotten that they were ever in the PL 😯

Will swansea fans get this offer too? Somehow doubt it

EDIT yes they will

We'd of sold out in minutes at that price!

Wish we would consider something like this, I get the argument about season tickets but there is so much optimism around the club at the moment, seems daft not to take advantage of it

It's a nice Club, very similar to us in certain aspects. Had a great day out with my Huds mate of over 40 years. Very good corporate set up with ex players milling about and chatting, photos on the pitch prior to the match and after drinks. The compare asked us Boro fans about NW and what we thought of Wilder etc. Very genuine atmosphere. Clubs should learn from other Club set ups.

Lived in Hudds for a long time. Know Andy Booth well and have been in their corporate quite a few times. They regularly have offers, season tickets were dirt cheap as well.

I remember when I was a kid, me and my mate used to send off for signed photos of players. For some reason, we became fascinated with Andy Booth so I sent off for a photo. He sent a signed photo back of him in his back garden!! Probably got his missus to take it! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: In fairness though, he did have his Huddersfield trackie on! :ROFLMAO:

I used to do something similar in late 70s, by sending stamped addressed envelopes to clubs for their official autographed sheets./ I got loads from top teams of the day like Ipswich, Aston Villa, Liverpool and quite a few others.

The Boro though must have steamed my unused stamp and used it for themselves as they never even replied. I did however get a personally signed Jim Platt postcard off him when I sent one to him (he was my favourite player at the time)
