I've just seen this picture in the Gazette of a horse and silky parked up outside a pub in Seaton Carew. I assume the same drink driving laws apply to being in charge of a horse on the highway as a motor vehicle.

I wonder if he had a residents permit to park there.

You can take a horse for ale, but you cant make it drink.
