If I gave you £500

Bit of a reflection in the photo I took for some friends earlier today. Also not switched on so no flames on display. Plus had to reduce image quality due to file size limits on here.

Those floor tiles make me want to go on holiday

Those floor tiles make we want to go on holiday
We bought the apartment when we moved out here around 16 1/2 years ago. When we first came out here. We bought a bigger one a year later. Then sold the bigger one in 2013. We refurbished the smaller one in 2013 and moved back in. We did loads of work on our "forever" apartment. One of the many things we did was tart up the tiles on the terrace. The patterned ones are ones we inserted when we did the refurb. As the terrace was too bland before.

Updated: We also tiled the terrace walls. These are a different size and a slightly different colour from the floor. So on the advice of our builder we fitted them in a diamond pattern to divert the eye.

2 new front tyres..... Best part of £250 for the pair.

Oh and whilst they told me I'd need 2 tyres within the next month or so they said I'd also had a damaged rear shock absorber.... Although that's under warranty 👍

So I'd only like half lol

They're very similar to in an apartment we use in Spain. It's funny how different things work in different countries. A brown square tile wouldn't be the go to thing in the UK but it works on a Spanish terrace.

Or you could re-shoe the rear, too?

The terrace is more than 50% of the size of the apartment. We can live out there with the toldos down in the winter. Hence the need for the patio heater.

We have a 2 metre putting mat that we can put down on the terrace for practice. Plus a chipping mat and basket we can put down on the communal garden. To practice a bit of golf at home.

A small apartment but perfectly formed.
