i don't think its flawed at all. Everyone with a football brain cell realises it s a table for the 17 clubs which didn't move division for the calendar year and we happen to be top ! Burnley ,Luton and Sheff Utd all had the opportunity to stay in the hunt for this acclaimed table stat yet , bizarrely chose to invalidate themselves and go and get beat every week eleswhere. More fool them I say than flawed statistic
