Interview attire - Zoom

Was due to be interviewed for a Director role tomorrow, and obviously due to lockdown has been changed to Zoom.

Disappointed to not meet face to face, but my dilemma is, what do I now wear for this interview? Would of wore a suit, but do I still?

Stick a shirt on (no tie), obviously you can wear what you want re trousers.

That's what most people I've seen have done during this pandemic.

I had an internal interview recently. I wanted to ensure I made the right impression so I put on a suit. It helped me get in the zone too. If anything it made it feel a little more normal about an interview

To counter that mind my interviewers were in casual clothes. They felt that if they had suited up but I was casual that would have made me feel pretty stupid, but they were impressed I made an effort

I'd go full suit and treat it exactly how you would for the original interview.

I agree about check what you've got going on in the back ground. You know full well they will be checking out your gaff and looking for anything dodgy (just like how they check your Facebook etc)
