Is Wilder a ‘Lucky’ manager?

As I heard a few weeks ago... all managers are on short term contracts, long term contracts are given to those who keep on winning 😀 😉

Hopefully with Wilder at the wheel, we're now heading in the right direction

Don't think he is lucky he just tries to win games all the time and is very positive,in some games we have had a bit of luck, and some bad luck as well, but also just about every game since he has been here we have deserved to win and created more chances than the opposition, so not lucky just getting the rewards for going for it and being positive and long may it last.

Anyone who gets the opportunity to manage the Boro has to be lucky.

In footballing terms, he is astute, intelligent, organised, has an eye for a player and keeps the game simple, the sum of his parts add up to someone who is a winner. He is a great fit for us at this time and us for him. I can see the partnership being an enduring one given the right backing from upstairs and it seems he will be getting that too, lets enjoy the ride.

The only thing I ever took from Strachan was when he said “i don’t believe in luck. Hard work and graft gets results”…….. wilder has this lot working harder than any manager for years and therefore is getting results.
