Jacob Young

Young has been a terrible MP for Redcar and beyond the odd Tweet showing him enjoying hospitality in a local eatery has done nothing at all for his constituency, the Eston development scheme that he championed and made a cornerstone of his ability to deliver showed what an ineffectual bit part politician he is.

The strike Tweet shows his tone deafness, entitlement and his inability to empathise or understand the real life issues facing many people working in the public sector it demonstrates how out of touch he his with the very people he was elected to represent.

In any other walk of life his blandness and lack of presence would mark him down as an irrelevance or minor annoyance, the fact he was elected shows the myopia of a monotone electorate blinded by the bullsh!t of Brexit.

Can't wait for a General Election.

I never see anything from him except petty and childish attacks.

This is a far more eloquent post that what I was about to post, which involved the words contemptuous and coont, loosely arranged in a short sentence.
 
Like the vast, vast majority of that party he is an opportunist. Knows he'll take a fairly safe salary for 5 or years, probably well in excess of anything his "talents" would provide him with in the real world.

All he has to do is follow a script from Tory HQ and post the odd photo from the local area.

Talentless doesn't even begin to describe it, indicative of the quality of politician we can expect from that side of the house I'm afraid. Brain dead morons parroting lines without question (in essence a reflection of those who voted for them).
 
We got a questionnaire through the door last week from Jacob Young (he loves a questionnaire) regarding our views on policing and our priorities in the local area. The final question asked on a score from 0 - 10, how likely are you to vote for the following parties? The Conservatives got a 0 from both of us.

These are just data gathering exercises.

I always root through my bin and use the postage paid envelope to send some crisp packets or cat food tin lids back to them.
