Amazing how they can dish Leclerc time penalty out so quick, literally during post race interviews yet so many other decisions such as Perez last time take a lot lot longer. Stinks of desperation from FIA to crown him at Japan to please the suits and the doubt after the race regarding the points was a farce. The sport is in a right mess
