...will be on TalkSport's Sports Bar show tonight, hosting with Jamie O'Hara from 10 to 1. Could be absolute carnage with those two together on live radio 😳

Did he not take Bournemouth to a playoff spot last season. Damn site better than Boro. Perhaps NW should be one who is parking his managerial aspirations.
Bournemouth already had the team spirit and quality in abundance when he arrived. I dare say not much intervention was required by Woodgate as assistant manager. As for NW the jury is still out.

Team spirit and quality in abundance. So much so that Tindal got the boot for it.

Often decisions are made that defy logic and common sense. Bournemouth remain a strong team now, one of the favourites to go up automatically. This irks me when I think of our wonderful chairman, stadium and support compared to theirs.

And as for NW and a jury being out. This is a manager who, after 40 seasons in the game, has apparently just discovered that diet is an important part of pre match preparation.

very hard to make any judgement on JW based on his time at bormuff. it was very odd circumstances, and the fact that he could relate to the players, be matey with them, and impress them with his playing cv was the right thing at the right time for some of the sulky players. it didn't, and shouldn't, be used to make any judgement about his longer term prospects in management - he was (nearly) the right man, at an odd time. if they had got promoted, there is no way he would have been kept on as manager.

They were 6th when he came in. So he achieved nothing more than the guy sacked. Also one of the best squads in the division.

You can sat what you want about Warnock but he kept us up. We were down if woody had stayed.
