Let's hope Jones doesn't have a ridiculously low buy out clause!I loved watching Traore but he so often lacked end product. The way Jones does not just lash it across and hope but actually looks up and picks the pass is superb. He doesnt always make the right choice but that will come with experience
Don't you think that part of his game (right choice) is improving with confidence?I loved watching Traore but he so often lacked end product. The way Jones does not just lash it across and hope but actually looks up and picks the pass is superb. He doesnt always make the right choice but that will come with experience
When we signed him I doubt many would have predicted anyone would pay £18m for Traore!Let's hope Jones doesn't have a ridiculously low buy out clause!
Yes, watch it again he does the LB and then looks up to see where to put the ball (compare and contrast to Adama T if you must)What I like about the second is his head comes up straight away after passing the defender
You've just paraphrased what I said and cut the following part off my quote 'he knows exactly where the ball is going to be played for Crooks to head home.'Yes, watch it again he does the LB and then looks up to see where to put the ball (compare and contrast to Adama T if you must)
On an aside why was the LB still on the field the second pull back was even more blatant than the first. Stupid thing to do and poor refereeing.
Must be why he barely beats the first man. Good player but not the world beater people make out. Still lacks a footballing brain and needs to get his head up more. The way Jones does not just lash it across
The way he takes the full back on and shifts it past him reminds me so much of Downing's early years. I love it.I posted in the match highlights about him, but this is a much better place to say - I love the way Jones has those dribbling tricks and speed to go past men. Reminds me of Ripley. Downing was superb but he was more about creating a yard to put in early crosses.
