Is that the number 26 on the signature closest to the bottom right? If it's the 2008/09 season shirt, it could be Matty Bates. If its 36 that would be... John Johnson.

No chance with guessing the others

I remember my dad telling me that he knew a family member of stewy downing (as everyone has probably been told at least once in their lives ) and he'd got me a signed shirt but surely if he had he'd have signed it himself think my dad was telling porkies!!

While on shirts - I am reading "Threads of History" The story of the Middesbrough Shirt.

I have learnt a lot I did not know about Boro kits going back to 1876 to the present day for the book.
