This!! Said all along you don't get someone of James Nesbitt's stature to be the face of a dead body in a photo for 3 seconds in one of the biggest TV shows.

I'm 99% positive that the masked cop that was seen on the CCTV clip was James Nesbitt.

In a similar vein I had 3 weeks off sick at work last month so I re-visited Ashes to Ashes....forgot what a masterpiece of TV it was...Gene Hunt's an epic character

It's a great show but I wish they had sealed off the whole H thing a few seasons ago and moved onto a different storyline. Still enjoy it but it's so full of its own tropes now

Ashes is a work of art. Never got the credit it deserved in my opinion

We’ve just started rewatching Waking the Dead. Hard to believe series started in 2000. Still excellent viewing and stories with great acting.
