Just selling a car on carwow

I just didn’t want any hassle so shopped around a bit.

Must admit - they have been pretty good so far.
Really good support from the start.

It has sold for the price I’ve listed it at which was £2500 more that WeBuyAnyCar.

Only downside is - it is an electric car and I had no idea it would depreciate in value 😂😂
A TV is electric and also depreciates in value

Always a problem when attempting a bit of daft humour.

Of course I knew it would depreciate - I was kind of mocking the other thread where people are are going hammer and tong about electric cars depreciating.

On a personal level - I made money on it

I've just sold mine, albeit to a local dealer, after firstly auctioning on carwow.

Webuyanycar offered a relative pittance initially, but they've since increased their offer twice.

Yeah, WeBuy have increased their offer 3 times so far but got nowhere near what I expected

Motorway came out best for me, £2K more than WBAC and £4K more than the other crappy ones that wasted my time.

I was thinking of getting an ev lease webuy were offering 9.5k motoway 11.5k for my motor, but I didnt realise webuy would go back with better offers. Anyone used motorway before, or would recommend any other places to sell. Its just seems a ball ache to sell and get market value if you're not trading in car for another

I think they are pretty much the same as Carwow and get good reviews.
Pretty sure you will be ok with them.

One problem with WBAC is when you agree a price they will try and find something to chip away at when you turn up.
