Knife attack on multiple children in France

They're also reporting that terrorism is not considered to be the cause, why didn't you mention that too?
If he shouted Allahu Akhbar the headline would have read terrorist attack however Jesus Christ was mentioned instead.

looking at some of the pictures the parents seem terrified to me as would any person in this situation, hope the victims are okay

Very sad that there are only 23 comments on this thread where children have been stabbed, but over 100 comments on a thread about transgender women :(
I think that purely a reflection of how divided the opinion is on any given subject, not a reflection of the subjects gravity.

I'm sure every poster on this board is appalled and saddened by this, with respect i don't agree with your point.

I think it’s a reflection of how the self interest protecting RW media and politicians are playing the divide and conquer/culture war card for all its worth because that is all they have left.
Keep the easily distracted mob angry at things which actually impact them in a completely minimal and nigh on insignificant way, by funnelling absolute nonsensical culture war tripe to the top of the agenda. Get angry middle aged white men moaning about F***ing public toilets and refugees and protestors instead of the open corruption and theft of their money through ever increasing government enabled fraud, running down of public services and criminal neglect of our country.
But yeah, a man with boobs or a woman with a willy is really the most important and pressing issue of our times.

I made the mistake of watching one video which actually shows him barging the mother out of the way and stabbing the child in the pram. It wants hanging.

There were a lot of people around who with the exception of one very brave guy who tried to stop the attacker just seemed to stand and watch while he stabbed babies in their prams as their mothers screamed. I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t try to intervene. Why would you video it instead of trying to help?

The other thread only got so many replies because there is more than one point of view being expressed - which inevitably leads to a barrage of t*t-for-tat posts full of accusations and name calling.
Give this one time and it might end up the same way.

I broke down in tears on seeing the link Lefty posted, and it took a few moments to gather my composure enough to make any sort of comment.

I almost didn't post anything at all, because I had few words which I could repeat on here, so I could understand if others were in the same boat but chose to keep their counsel.

I'm not sure what point you are trying to make. What do you want people to say about it?
I think it’s some attempt at point scoring due to the interest in the thread about transgender people.

To point score on a thread about children being badly hurt shows what type of person they are but I can’t say I’m surprised.

Where is the quote from?

I've been wondering if the guy had some kind of significant mental health problem at all. It's the only way I could fathom any person doing something horrific like this.

I just can't imagine evil on that scale. The video of the ordeal was harrowing. He seemed calm and determined to do harm to the most innocent.

As a parent, the thought really makes me shudder
