.....only Crooks left, albeit Bamba and Pelts where season long deals. I know a change of manager wields a change in playing staff but let's hope the recent changes to the recruitment team can improve our business moving forward, it's such a waste of resources financially and staff wise otherwise.

Having said that, I think Payero and Uche would have had something to offer this season but if that's not how Wilders see it, fair enough.

The lads brought in so far show promise, so let's hope for a handful more of the same in the coming 6 weeks or so?

Better than being weighed down with a load of duffers on 5 year contracts at 40k a week.

Lets not forget Riley McGree, Bryant Bilongo & Coalan Boyd-Munce signed last season. We've got Liam Roberts & Ryan Giles through the door who look like an improvement on what we had. I have every confidence that we will improve likewise for the rest of the squad.

Tommy Smith is training with the squad and Rodrigo Muniz is giving it the big come and get me over social media. Zach Steffen sounds prommising.

We might hang on to Boyd-Munce to provide back up in midfield I hope, rather than a loan.

Im excited to see McGree after a full preseason under his belt, all the attributes to be our start man this season.

Only looks like that because all of our loan players were rubbish so we weren't sorry to see the back of them. If we had got some decent ones in then we'd be lamenting the fact that we haven't been able o keep them. Some of them were so poor that not replacing them is an improvement.
