League Cup Quarter Finals, who do you want?

We’ve had some spawny draws this year. All lower division teams away from home apart from a second string huddersfIeld who might as well be a lower division team!

The only way it could have been a better draw for us is if we'd got Port Vale at home.

They might well win, but this is a huge chance to reach a semi-final.
 
Liverpool v Everton, Us v Mags in the semis. Would be hilarious if we prevented them winning a trophy. though odds against...

Or even better: Liverpool beat the Mags, and we beat Dyche. And we could beat Everton...

I don't , just as we are the easiest option for them and at home , they are for us as well and it's away which is with keeping up our progress so far. If we do get past Vale then apart from. Smith all our injuries will be back, and some of our new players will have progressed, you can see it happening all the time now, the big teams are playing at the top of their game, we aren't we are still progressing, give me another 2 months before the semis if we get past Vale.
 
I suppose we dont have to win. A lucky/battling/scrappy draw will suffice and win on pens if needs be. We did it on our journey to winning the cup previously

No distraction. It allows all the first team squad to be involved. Who will be first choice by then? Coburn or Lathe, Crooks or Rogers, Silvera or Jones, Engel or Bangura? Will be interesting to see how the squad develops by Christmas.
