Leeds Away fans Prices!!

There has been a further update however, as the Leeds United Supporters Club have told their members that the club have now agreed to a reduced away ticket price for clubs who agree to charge the same in the reverse fixture.

This means that Leeds will now charge Cardiff City fans £24 a ticket for the opening day at Elland Road.

That seems fair - if we say charge £32 later this season they charge us £32.

The most I have paid for a Championship game is £33 (I think). I certainly refuse to pay £40 plus.

Won't that peeve Leeds fans off who are still paying full wack for a similar seat in the home section? They wont see a reduction or rebate

But as i said in a previous post there's plenty of takers for those who want to give up their seats

Posters like dear Humpty would have had a nervous breakdown if he was a Leeds fan.

There appears a group of 23k Leeds fans who have season tickets and only a few hundred can break into that group every season. Other Leeds fans have to pay £11 to join a waiting list to wait for a ST and wait for a ST to unfortunatley die/go into care home/move to Oz. These other waiting Leeds fans have to pay around £41 to attend a game and even if the went to every home game (paying £943) they still would probably struggle to get a ticket for an away game, because the 23k STs would grab them all.

They don't all march together nowadays!

Are we going to consider reciprocal pricing agreements this year then? Because we’ve consistently refused in the past. Weakens our claim to the moral high ground over them at least a bit.

I cant see many fans from places like Bristol, Southampton or Plymouth parting with upwards of £40 on top of travel costs, etc.
Pzz take. (n)

Im not paying £47 to stand in a dark corner of a dirty old ground, surrounded by rusting old girder`s and third rate facilities.
B****x to that(n)
With embarrassing floodlights that are situated in the car park!
A Stadium which is so last century.

Leeds fans have to pay £50 or £65 to join a membership scheme which enables them to take part in a balot to be within a chance of getting a ticket for a Championship game .. how mad is that

Even madder is they are playing Forest soon in a pre-season friendly at ... Burton Albion (£20 for a pre-season friendly wow!) and one against AS Monaco at York City which has sold out
