Zero guarantee of that happening.

Stoke are a great example of a club that spent an absolute fortune to try and get back up but got nowhere with it.

I f**king hate Leeds Utd, but would rather them go up and Ipswich stay down, If Ipswich don't go up they wont be as good next season. however Leeds & Southampton will be serious threats next season if they both stay in the Championship.
