Lemsip that's 3 years past its use by date ?

I was once in a lecture at uni and was full of cold. I had a sachet of powdered lemsip in my bag but no juice to put it in. I rolled the dice and ended up with lemsip frothing out of my nose. It can’t go any worse than that.

I once told a Thai guy I was working with to have honey, whisky, lemon and water for a cold. When I next saw him I asked him how it was. He said the honey was stuck to the bottom of the glass. Apparently I'd forgotten to mention hot water.
