It's probably a more long term (and secure) role for him.

We all know he's got a job for life here.

I absolutely love him but if there's no space for him in the dugout anymore then so be it.

I've said it before but happy to repeat it: after the millions of pounds we have completely wasted on a herd of donkeys such as Gestede, et al, I would be more than happy for Leo to do whatever he likes on an annual salary equivalent to a fortnight for a non-scoring, non-assisting player.
