No doubt people have seen unexplained things but it is a huge jump to say they are aliens IMO. And why would they be crashing their spacecraft all the time, especially in north america?

In fairness it is better surveilled than say Antarctica, Siberia or even northern Canada.

You only have to listen to the witnesses who are giving evidence and everything else surrounding this subject to realise that jump is .. and has been made. It's been basically admitted over the last couple of years already without it officially being said. The process now is about how we record them and open up the lanes so others can come and talk about it without fear.

There has been a shift in attitude the last few years by Congress, the Pentagon, NASA and National Security agencies in the US. Things have changed.
