Playing footy up at the local outdoor pitches and on the opposite side was a young lad, small, nippy and a bit skilful. Now I am 51 and he was about 20 so I knew if he ran at me I would have no chance so I was nipping at him when he first received the ball. Nothing malicious, just making sure he didn't have time to turn. On one occasion he flicked the ball round me and ran into me, nobody shouted for obstruction so the game went on. I then received a pass and he charged right into me and elbowed me deliberately with force in my ribs which I now think is broken.
Anyway the upshot of it all is i called him a 'dirty little ****' and if he did it again I would 'rip his back out, tear off his head and sh1t down the neck'
He said that I had been kicking him all game which was probably his justification for elbowing me.
Was I being unreasonable in what I said to him?
