I despise this Labour party.
I prefer Bumface's description of Starmer. They're seems to be way too much confirmation bias here. The same with the 5 pledges thread.
People are interpreting things completely differently to suite their preconceptions.
Corbyn tweets support for a victim of anti-semitism but it's either too stupid or too blind to apologise or accept the as report findings in full. He can't have it both ways, he was the party leader and if he didn't protect all members, regardless of whether they were a good mp or not it speaks volumes about how weak he was.
If she was plotting behind his back eject her from the party.
Corbyn had 2 elections and failed twice.
Starmer was elected by the party to lead the party. Give him an election or 2 and support him and see where it gets us.
You want Corbyn style politics. It didn't work. Meanwhile milk formula has security measures in some stores to stop new mothers stealing to feed their children.
Consider that fact before calling starmer a tory.
Laughable post. She’ll be back on the gravy train before long - wouldn’t surprise me if she’s in Keith’s cabinet in a year. She's not an MP, she has no constituents. She's simply rejoined the Labour Party and pays £5 a month just like I do.
I am sure you do. Doesn't make his posts balanced because you like them though.I prefer Bumface's description of Starmer.
Morning Colin.Laughable post. She’ll be back on the gravy train before long - wouldn’t surprise me if she’s in Keith’s cabinet in a year.
Who next the ‘retired’ Chucker?
Haha, you're so funny. Top work from the board's self proclaimed Mr Nice Guy Peacemaker.Just Sir Keith Stalin being Sir Keith Stalin.

I would expect starmer to have, I dunno, increased the value of milk tokens, for example, which gets rid of the issue overnight.Awful but what are you expecting from the likes of Starmer and Reeves? After the 2011 riots Starmer was running overnight courts to lock teenagers up for posting comments on facebook. Reeves has told us all before she's for austerity and doesn't want the party to do anything for benefits claimants.
Or are you thinking these new mothers will just be so much better off from their covid savings bonds that they wouldn't need to steal any more?
Under the tories our babies are going hungry, under labour, any labour, this wouldn't happen.
He did accept the report findings in full (he rejected the media interpretation of it) and the report showed that he had nothing to apologise for. He was asked to apologise for something that didn't happen and rightly refused.Corbyn tweets support for a victim of anti-semitism but it's either too stupid or too blind to apologise or accept the as report findings in full. I know exactly how you feel ... and whats worse is, I am still going to vote for themI despise this Labour party.
So he was just ineffective? Is that what you are saying? He did accept the report findings in full (he rejected the media interpretation of it) and the report showed that he had nothing to apologise for. He was asked to apologise for something that didn't happen and rightly refused.
As party leader, he tried to fix the existing, broken, process, as evidenced in the report.
This attempt was directly blocked by the people that were running that broken process and claiming that he was the problem, as evidenced in the report.
Corbyn actively tried to protect his members. The right of the party actively worked against that, as evidenced in the report (read the EHRC and Forde reports).
Antisemitism, as a crisis, didn't actually exist. It was a manufactured crisis. There were four potentially actionable cases involving members in a membership of around 500k.
Any party leader can be undermined if enough people within the party machine decide that's what they want to do. However, that is a direct betrayal of members. It isn't bad leadership if no one gives you the chance to actually lead.
If she was plotting behind his back, how would he know about it?
Becoming an authoritarian wouldn't have gone down particularly well either...
Was Brian Clough an effective striker for Boro?So he was just ineffective? Is that what you are saying?
Wasn't supposed to be funny mate, There's nothing funny about what's going on in The Labour Party right now. I don't remember ever saying that I was a nice guy. I'm not. I seem to remember you having no problem at all with me when I was slating Boris Johnson on here. If you can't see that Starmer has ruined The Labour Party then I really don't know what to say to you.Haha, you're so funny. Top work from the board's self proclaimed Mr Nice Guy Peacemaker.
I presume by far left you mean anyone that isn't a Tory because far left would be communism, not mild socialism.I wonder if the far left will ever wake up to the fact that Corbyn and co handled the antisemitism like incompetent rank amateurs?
All these people complaining Starmer is too much like Blair. Well, can you imagine 3 time GE winner Blair and his advisors being so politically incompetent?
