He seems to be very popular with the other players too which wouldn't really indicate an attitude problem.

It’s all part of the game in darts. Some players deliberately slow the play, some go over the top with celebrations. It’s done either to get themselves in the zone or to put the opponent off their game. Most players seem to get on pretty well with him and he seems quite humble in interviews. I think the German lad just bottled it in the match.

christ that was a painful watch, they were both so bad I'd have given them a run for their money. I think that guy was hoping that if he took long enough then Jocky would inevitably keel over.

I’ve just seen a stat that puts his impact into perspective. The most 9 dart finishes in a calendar year for a PDC player is 4. Littler has hit 3 in his first 2 months on the tour.

He’s great.

I do think it’s probably a good thing for him to lose a few of these games though. It will reduce the pressure put on him by others. And by himself.

Grown man objects to 17-year-old sporting sensation for 'overdoing it' when he wins (despite overdoing it seemingly a common trait amongst darts players). I've heard it all now.
What's the problem Jedi, he's a kid making some of the game's superstars look bang average (including MVG again today)
What do you think he should be doing then, politely shaking their hands and doffing his cap in gratitude for them allowing him to be on the same stage as he is?
And now, look in the mirror and ask yourself what you would have done at that age in the same circumstances?
Oh sorry, that's right it would never have happened as you had a paper round instead and were far too busy to do something as inconsequential as chuck a few darts around.
