Rangnick:There are still a couple of players missing out. Edi Cavani will only return on the weekend. He contacted me a week ago and asked me if he could have two more days at home and I allowed him because I knew that he couldn't be in the starting XI anyway, with jet-lag and only coming back today or last night.
“So he won't be part of the group.

“Victor Lindelof has been ill the whole week and not training,” added the boss. “So he will also miss tomorrow's game. The same is true with Jesse [Lingard], he asked me and the club if we could give him a couple of days off, just to clear up his mind.


They are for the taking!!!!

Lingard has actually tweeted tonight saying it was the club who asked him to take some time off, not, as the club have said, him asking for it.

They are a mess of a club right now. Let’s rub it in tonight.

No better time, still say we'll have to be at the top of our game & Man Utd to have a bad night to progress, but yes, if we appky ourselves ready for them to wobble

I think they will be very dangerous, do they want their season to be defined by MG or an FA Cup win? They have a feel of the Aston Villa of old.. hovering around 5th-7th place and always doing well in the cups. My head says that.

My heart says they will be rocked by what's been going on, wanting out.. not a push over. But not wanting to get injured in a 4th round cup fixture either.

A LOT of players want out apparently.. feels like in the summer that need something a bit extra. If Newcastle stay up I think they will be swiping all the players that they will be looking to bring in.

Yeah, I can't imagine Pogba, Ronaldo, Sancho, Rashford, Fernandes, Shaw, McGuire, Varane, Henderson, Mctominay and Dalot will be all that concerned about us to be honest.

They could still absolutely batter us with that side, but of course I hope that does not happen, and much stranger things have happened in the FA Cup.
 
Just read this in guardian...made me laugh.

Strong ManU side that. I don't follow them closely, is this their last chance of silverware?
