Marcus Maddison to Darlo

I was one of them. To be fair he was superb for a couple of seasons scoring double figures and double figures assists.

I know YouTube can make anyone look good. Yet this guy has videos purely on assists. A crossing machine.

That said apparently a bit of a kn*b. Although like Connally he seemed to be judged on his tattoos/insta life style and z list missues. It's weird how you can go from being rated at 1mil (with only a year left so priced out) to Darlo in 2 years. Apparently fellout of love for the game.

I guess it happens. No David Bentley but very similar. I guess if your hearts not in it then do something else.
 
He's had mental health problems and needed surgery for a knee injury.This is a good move to get fit and playing again and away back into the professional game.
 
Comes across very well in the little interview on the Darlo site. Fair play and good luck to him, after mental health issues and a career threating injury. Hopefully it works out for all concerned and he rips up the league.

I agree, fair play to him for not giving up on his career.
 
Hope it works out , back to his home area so maybe can get his head into footie again... Where in Durham is he from?
 
He took a break out of the game through depression. I think he had some sort of go-fund me for a knee operation quite recently too.
