Martin payero

With players coming from South America you have to be patient. Most fans expect him to be a world beater straight away and warnock is slowly introducing him he knows how to handle the situation with these players.
 
Apparently some on here think they know more about Payero than a manager who sees him everyday and has managed over 1000 games😂

I can only presume they rate Payero off the Olympics footage and YouTube montage they watched lol.

I am simply in no rush to see him. I imagine he would be getting picked if he was remotely up to speed. I watched him at Blackpool and he looked miles off it (although arguably they all did). It was Blackpools reserves.

I genuinely think he will be fine, but if it takes until Xmas then so be it. I said when we signed him it could take until next season to see him at his best (hope not... But it happens).
